Pre-sales activities
Pre-sales consultation, including feasibility studies, return of investment analysis, Customer's samples evaluation in our laboratories to formulate the operative hypothesis, organized in a detailed user requirement specification and relative proposal.
Expert application planning on the basis of your specifications both for standard and customized requests.
Service Assistance
The Antares Vision Customer Service provides a broad range of after-sales services and support, which ensure top quality standards and fast problem resolution.
Our Service Department is a real efficient and prompt problem-sorlver, a foundamental source for the needs of our Customers. 
Our expertly trained teams offer customer service, repairs and maintenance and training classes, giving a real added value to Antares Vision supply.
We are at your service throughout the entire lifetime of your Antares Vision equipment.
Training services
We offer training of operational personnel and other site functional groups with standard and specific customized training sessions tailor-made to the requirements of your Company.
The training courses cover the functions, operation, maintenance and validation of our products. Such sessions include theoretical and practical training.
Training sessions can be held on site or at Antares Vision site.
Moreover we provide training for new employees or update your staff on our premises.
Spare parts
Easy provision of a loaner/replacement unit. All parts can easily be ordered mentioning machine type, serial and part numbers. Part numbers can be found in the user's manual in the spare part paragraph. The machine serial number is embossed on the machine plate and also present in the user's manual drawings layout.
After-sales Department offers preventive and planned maintenance services to help plant personnel schedule maintenance plan and avoid shutdowns.
Maintenance and cleaning instructions are clearly described in the user's manual. 
Qualified technical service for online trouble-shooting and online support are at your disposal, as well as specially trained local staff in our key markets.

Qualification and validation
Qualification and validation are basic elements of the quality assurance system of pharmaceutical manufacturers. We are able to support that process with qualification documentation and offer advice and consulting for the execution of tests.
